When you purchase a program on GradUp, you agree to our Terms & Conditions and refund & return policy.

• GradUp reserves the right to postpone/cancel the course, change the structure of the course or change the list of speakers.If GradUp cancels the entire course, we'll refund 100% of the course fees to the Subscriber.
• Once you purchase and make the payment, there will not be any changes or modifications to the same, nor will there be any refund.
• Once the program begins, we will initiate no refund if the course timeline is extended
• The course cannot be transferred to others in case you are unable to take the course under any circumstances.
• We will issue no refund if the course commencement date is changed.
• There will be no refunds if the structure/content of the course is altered.
• The GradUp reserves the right to revise the terms & conditions of this policy without any prior notice
• You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received
• Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a defect or error on our part

• Please provide your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
• Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
